Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Your Platform as a client, a freelancer or a visitor. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and use one account per person. Clients post projects and hire; freelancers publish profiles and send proposals. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Projects, proposals and contracts

A contract is formed between the client and the freelancer when the client hires a proposal. Your Platform provides the platform and is not a party to that contract. Milestones describe what will be delivered and when.

3. Payments and fees

Clients pay milestones through our payment provider's hosted checkout. The platform commission shown before payment is deducted as described at checkout. Freelancer payouts follow approved, paid milestones.

4. Communication

Keep communication, files and payments on the platform. Sharing phone numbers or email addresses in chat is blocked to protect both sides.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post illegal, misleading or harmful content, infringe others' rights, upload malware or try to bypass platform payments or security.

6. Reviews

Reviews can be left only after a completed contract and must be honest and relevant to the work.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work delivered under contracts between users or for indirect losses.
